Wheel Chair Swing

     The Apalachin Lions Club donated this $1800 Wheel Chair Swing to the Owego Apalachin School District.  The swing was installed by the school districtat the Apalachin Elementary School.  The swing will be used by wheel chair bound students in the elementary school and the Learning Center.
     Julissa Dunbar of Owego, a 4th grader at the Apalachin Elementary School was the first student to use the swing.  (pictured above).  The Lions Club was presented a plaque from the school (last photo)
